CANCELLATION POLICY
We value the time and needs of every guest. To help us provide the best services to as many guests as possible. Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur making schedule adjustments if you must cancel your appointment. We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. Our cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the amount of the reserved services. If you are more than 10 -15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule our service for another time that will be more convenient for you. If you are not able to provide payment, we will add the amount on to future services. In the event of an unavoidable emergency, all or part of the cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Thank you for your understanding.
